AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the fresh tattoo covered with the bandage for at least 2 hours, no longer than 24hrs.
Do not remove the bandage until you are at a place where you can clean the tattoo.Wash the tattooed area thoroughly with soap and water.
Do not use anything abrasive like scrubs or exfoliators.When dry, apply a thin layer of coconut oil to the tattoo.
If removing the bandage before bed, re-wrap to sleep the 1st night only.Apply a thin layer of coconut oil at least 2 times a day for 3 days.
After 3 days, or when the tattoo starts to peel, after cleaning, alternate the coconut oil with a thin layer of unscented lotion.
*I recommend CeraVeAvoid direct sun exposure and do not soak the tattoo in water (pools and baths) for at least 2 weeks.
NO sunscreens or petrolium products until fully healed (2-3 weeks)
PROTECTIVE FILM
Directions for Use:
Gently clean and pat dry the tattoo and surrounding area, ensuring there is no soap or any residue on the skin.
Cut the film to cover tattooed area plus a 1 to 2 inch margin from the edge of the tattoo.
Peel off backing to expose adhesive side and position the film over the tattoo with the adhesive side facing the skin.
Gently apply using light pressure, starting from the center to the edges to eliminate air bubbles.
Do not stretch the film during application.The first film application should stay in place for 24 hours, depending on level of exudation.
It is normal for blood and fluids to collect under the bandage.A second application can be used for several days, and a third application may be used if necessary.
Gently clean and dry the area between applications.
Do not wear any piece longer than one week.
Directions for Removal:
Gently peel the film by pulling it slowly from the edge back over itself. Do not pull the bandage upwards.
